As part of an independent project, I assisted a team of fellow designers to redesign the brand and web experience of a local Pittsburgh non-profit, Kierra Keeps Caring Foundation. The foundation is focused on raising awareness of and campaigning against violence in the city's neighborhoods, specifically among young adults. For three weeks, I collaborated alongside Michael Loffredo, Maggie Bignell, and Alicia Knight on a brand strategy, various wireframes and a coded prototype.
While creating the identity system, it was requested by Kierra's family to incorporate pink and a rose since both were favorites of Kierra. I kept this in mind while sketching.
